This beautiful couple came to me with a different kind of brief for their maternity session (you know I love a challenge). They wanted somewhere local (to Maitland). They had just come off a couple of years traveling and have lots of photos of the beaches etc. They wanted mountain scenery and they wanted to be able to bring their 3 fur children along!!

I reached out to Eloise from Hunter River Retreat at Rosebrook to see if it was an option for me to do Kaitlyne and Jarrod’s sitting there.

Hunter River Retreat is just magical, the beautiful landscape and the weather gods all came together and helped to create some beautiful images for this awesome couple. It also helped that Kaitlyn and Jarrod were super chill and their fur babies were super well behaved.

Also a big shout out to my friend Christine who made me the Macramé angel wings, I was just waiting for the perfect shoot!!
